3 ways to ground yourself after a difficult day

Feeling overwhelmed and like your mind is spiraling? Take a moment and flip the script. Interrupt that pattern.

Stand still letting your feet touch the ground and take a few deep breaths.

Place a hand on your belly and a hand on your heart. ā¤ļø

Slow your breath down.

Start to gaze around the space that you’re in.

Silently name to yourself three things that you can see. šŸ‘€

Move to hearing now. Name silently to yourself three things you can hear. šŸ‘‚

And finally, name three things that you can touch or feel. āœ‹

Take another few deep breaths. feeling calm and connected.

Then continue with your day.
