 I will work with you to create a private individual or group session in the form of a workshop, special event, or retreat incorporating yoga, including asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork), meditation, and more. An essential oils component can be added to any workshop or event as well!

Celebrate a birthday or other special occasion.

Mother-Daughter Spa Night

Spend some quality time together relaxing with yoga and making homemade spa products with essential oils.

Just “Kid”ing Around Yoga

Playful Yoga for Adults –Let your inner child out to play in this class using a playful approach to yoga. Get silly with an active and creative yoga sequence, followed by yoga games, mindful activities, and a guided relaxation. In the second part of this class, we will explore what our inner child really needs on a regular basis through discussion, journaling, and a meditation activity.

Yoga & Meditation w/ Aromatherapy

The combination of yoga, meditation, and aromatherapy can be a supportive way for you to find balance in this busy world. This class will include a 45-60 minute all level yoga class followed by a guided meditation, and an aromatherapy sample kit to use during the class and then take home with you. Get ready to relax and renew your spirit!

I offer workshops and class series open to the public around South Central Pennsylvania and plan to begin offering workshops online sometime in the future.  These experiences will support, guide, and educate you in the many aspects of yoga, including asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork), meditation, and more.  My intention is to share these tools with you, empowering you to apply these concepts off the yoga mat, out in your real world, in an effort to help you bring some balance to your life.
