Stay Well Naturally with Essential Oils
In this 4 class series you will learn how to use essential oils safely and effectively to naturally care for yourself, your family, and your home. Every class will include education, resources, and an essential oil product for you to take home with you. Topics covered will include:

Yoga and Meditation w/ Aromatherapy
Experience the therapeutic benefits of essential oils for emotional balance during your yoga practice. This nourishing practice, appropriate for all levels, will be designed to move slowly, for you to go inside, explore, and release stress.
We will end with a guided meditation. This class will incorporate aromatherapy with the use of essential oils, designed to leave you feeling balanced, relaxed, and renewed in body, mind, and spirit.
Self Care Night

Amy is a middle school teacher, 200 hour certified yoga teacher trained in kids/tween yoga, and has trained with Mindful Schools. She also has been using and sharing essential oils for a number of years.

A Day in the Life of an Essential Oils User

Are you completely new to essential oils and have no idea how you would use them if you had them? Do you already have some essential oils, but find that their favorite spot is hiding away on a shelf? In this class you will hear the daily routine of someone who went from dabbling in essential oils to making them an integral part of each and every day.
You will learn how you can get the most out of essential oils, and what they can add to your life. Bring your questions and stories – we will have an open share session to address any questions you have or share your own exciting essential oils experiences.
Chakra Balancing Workshop
Learn about the chakras and the way they impact our lives. This will be a fun, informative and interactive class that will encourage heart opening and connection!
We will be interacting with others in the workshop, using a pendulum (or your own pendant on a long chain) to test the chakras.
In the workshop we will:
- Discuss what a chakra is and how they affect our lives, and how they relate to our health and well being
- Test our chakras to find out where we might need balance
- Learn how and where to apply essential oils to balance your chakras
We will end class with a guided meditation to achieve a further sense of balance and calm.
Essential Oils: What’s All the Hype About?
Whether you’re completely new to essential oils, you’re just getting started and wondering how people use these things they have, or you’re already an essential oil user, this class is for you!
In this FREE CLASS you will learn:
- Why would I use essential oils to take care of myself and my family?
- What makes essential oils safe for me to use?
- How do I know if they are good, quality oils?
- Are they really cost effective?
- How can I get the most out of my essential oils once I have them?
Restorative Yoga with Aromatherapy
Experience a deeply restorative and healing yoga class with Aromatherapy. Restorative yoga incorporates gentle yoga poses and yoga props as a way to encourage deep relaxation and healing.
The majority of the practice is spent allowing the mind to unwind and the body to sink deeper into stillness through the guided process of releasing and letting go. This class will also incorporate hands on adjustments in poses with the use of essential oils to receive their therapeutic and aromatic benefits, designed to leave you feeling balanced, relaxed, and renewed in body, mind, and spirit.
This workshop is limited to 8 participants.
