I proudly teach Pranakriya Yoga and am a member of the Pranakriya School of Yoga Healing Arts Teachers Association. I received my 200 and 300 hour yoga teacher certifications through this yoga school and am currently continuing my study with them, pursuing my 95 hour Children’s Yoga Teacher certification. I’m a director of the Making Yoga Philosophy Accessible to Kids module in this program.
I am also trained in Kids and Tween Yoga through Yogi Beans studio in New York City. I have studied with Mindful Schools, completing courses including Mindful Educator Essentials, Mindful Communication, and Mindfulness and Difficult Emotions.
I offer classes for all ages, including kids, tweens, teens, and adults. I teach classes and hold workshops in person and virtually at two yoga studios as well as hold private individual and group classes for anyone who requests them. I am committed to making yoga accessible to ALL and look forward to meeting you on the mat!

“Amy has a beautiful way of allowing people to enter practice in their own way. She is encouraging and thoughtful about her cues to allow all levels and bodies to feel supported. Amy naturally weaves themes into her class adding a nice therapeutic element.”
