I proudly teach Pranakriya Yoga and am a member of the Pranakriya School of Yoga Healing Arts Teachers Association. I received my 200 and 300 hour yoga teacher certifications through this yoga school and am currently continuing my study with them, pursuing my 95 hour Children’s Yoga Teacher certification.  I’m a director of the Making Yoga Philosophy Accessible to Kids module in this program. 

I am also trained in Kids and Tween Yoga through Yogi Beans studio in New York City. I have studied with Mindful Schools, completing courses including Mindful Educator Essentials, Mindful Communication, and Mindfulness and Difficult Emotions.

I offer classes for all ages, including kids, tweens, teens, and adults. I teach classes and hold workshops in person and virtually at two yoga studios as well as hold private individual and group classes for anyone who requests them. I am committed to making yoga accessible to ALL and look forward to meeting you on the mat!
