I teach a variety of yoga classes that are accessible to anybody and am ready to meet everyone who shows up in my classes exactly where they are. My teaching is primarily in the Pranakriya style. I received my 200 and 300 hour yoga teacher certifications through this yoga school and am currently continuing my study and yoga journey with the school as a teacher trainer.
I have extensive training in the areas of teaching mindfulness and yoga to all ages through Mindful Schools, Yogi Beans, and Pranakriya School of Yoga Healing Arts.
I offer classes for all ages, including kids, tweens, teens, and adults. My goal is cultivating brave, supportive, and inclusive spaces of acceptance that offer everyone permission to be themselves, trust themselves, and grow at their own pace. I am committed to making yoga accessible to ALL and look forward to meeting you on the mat!
